Hi, I’m Isaac. I love making tattoos that help my clients feel happy, empowered, and confident. My goal is to make the best possible tattoo for you and have the experience be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. I would love to collaborate on your next tattoo project! 

I’m originally from the Northeast and have been living in the PNW since 2008. I started tattooing professionally in Portland, Oregon in 2010. My work draws on heavy influences of Tibetan, Slavic, and Japanese styles. My style is bold, heavily saturated, and illustrative. I enjoy working in color and black & grey equally. No tattoo is too big or small, but I do feel I shine when doing large scale projects like back pieces and sleeves. 

I have worked by appointment only for the last 10 years, but I am available for walk-ins on Wednesdays between 12-6pm. Scheduling ahead of time is always best, but feel free to inquire about same day appointments. I have (repeatable) flash and pre-drawn designs available. 

Find me at the studio Wednesdays through Saturdays. I am usually booked 2-3 weeks out. The best way to reach me is by email: isaacbushkin@gmail.com • I have a 1 hour minimum for all appointments. • My hourly rate is 250/hour. • A $100 deposit is required for small to medium sized projects. • A $250 deposit is required for large scale projects (Backs, sleeves, multi-session work). 

In my free time I enjoy exploring the outdoors with my wife and dog. I played in many bands over the years and still play the drums. I paint, love to cook, bake bread, and make pizza. I’ll talk your head off about food for hours.
