• Walk-ins are available on a first-come first-served basis between 12pm and 6pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
• Not every artist will be available every walk-in day, but you can check our artists’ socials or contact them directly to see if they have availability that day. Kimber and Virginia are not available for walk-in appointments at this time.
• Not all walk-in appointments will be able to be scheduled same-day, but you will always be able to schedule the appointment for a later date if the artist can’t accommodate your project that day.

• Each artist has their individual protocol, but generally your deposit will be forfeit if you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice. In order to reschedule, you will need to place a new deposit that would then be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo at the end of your appointment (as the first one was intended).
• Reschedules made with more than 48 hours notice will not require a new deposit to book, as your old deposit will still be valid.
• If you are feeling sick or in any way under the weather, please reach out to your artist to reschedule before coming in, regardless of whether you risk forfeiting your deposit. We can’t tattoo you if you’re sick and you will have to reschedule upon arrival anyway.
• If you think you need to reschedule, please reach out to your artist as soon as possible!
-
• The week before your appointment:
Avoid unnecessary sun exposure - sunburnt skin cannot be tattooed And your artist will need to reschedule your appointment.
Moisturize the area you’re going to get tattooed daily or as much as possible.
• The day of your appointment:
Be sure to eat a good meal and hydrate prior to your appointment. We have snacks and beverages available at the studio, but feel free to bring your own as well.
Wear or bring clothing you can change into that is comfy, loose fitting, and allows your artist easy access to the area you are getting tattooed. We recommend wearing something you are comfortable in, but which could potentially get stained.
Make sure to have your government issued ID (a Non-expired drivers license, state issue ID or Passport are all valid forms).
Do not use drugs and or alcohol before your appointment. Your artist has the right to cancel your appointment and require a new deposit to be placed in order to reschedule if you arrive to your appointment while intoxicated.

• Although our artists are familiar and comfortable working with some brands of numbing cream, it is important to reach out to your individual artist prior to your appointment and before applying any numbing product to your skin for their approval. Not all brands are trusted by all artists, and some numbing creams can greatly affect both the application and longevity of your tattoo. You can find the contact information for each of our artists on their individual artist pages, here.
